ZKsync’s ZK token surged more than 50% on Saturday, rising from around $0.03 to $0.045 after Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin endorsed a ZKsync post calling Ethereum “incorruptible.”

ZKsync recently introduced the Atlas upgrade to the ZK Stack, designed to enhance enterprise and enterprise infrastructure by adding a new high-performance serializer that supports up to 30,000 transactions per second and is fully compatible with Ethereum.

The upgrade includes Airbender, a system for fast confirmations and rapid cross-chain settlement.

Developed by Matter Labs, Atlas aims to facilitate systems that combine private control and interoperability, making it suitable for handling payments, token assets and cross-border settlements.

In a separate tweet posted earlier, following the Atlas upgrade, Buterin praised ZKsync for its “valuable and underrated” contributions to the Ethereum ecosystem.
