The complete acquisition, completed between MovitOn’s operating entity, VAERTECH Solution FZCO, and Glocalzone OU, represents an important moment in the evolution of global logistics. It effectively integrates the massive Web2 user base with the advanced and growing Web3 infrastructure.
At the time of the deal, Glocalzone reported over 1.3 million registered users, a number that represented a verified organic ecosystem. The platform itself has facilitated more than 600,000 requests with hundreds of thousands of unique users adding trips to destinations around the world.

While Glocalzone has succeeded in building a trusted marketplace for travelers to transport goods, it has operated within the constraints of traditional central databases and payment gateways. MovitOn, which positions itself as the “Web3 Uber for delivery,” brings the missing technology layer.
Through blockchain-based trust, smart contract assurance, and a native token economy, Glocalzone’s user base is integrated within MovitOn’s Decentralized Physical Infrastructure (DePIN) network, eliminating intermediaries who currently inflate costs and introduce supply chain latency.

Under the terms of the agreement, the transfer includes all intellectual property rights, source code, user databases and brand assets, while Glocalzone’s co-founders, Dogan Turan and Burak Sonmez, will remain with the company as consultants. With their experience, they can ensure continuity and maintain the institutional knowledge that drove Glocalzone’s initial success.
The integration process is scheduled to begin immediately, through a phased onboarding strategy that prioritizes user experience (UX). Existing Glocalzone travelers will be transferred step by step into MovitOn’s AI-powered courier matching system, where real-time variables such as route, schedule and reputation will determine delivery assignments.
Going forward, the brand will operate under the banner “Glocalzone by MovitOn”, maintaining brand continuity while developing the underlying technology. Loyalty programs and dedicated migration mechanisms are being deployed to encourage adoption of the MVON token, transforming fiat payments into a native Web3 economy.
