NodeFoundry AI, an advanced AI agent aggregation platform and DePIN, has raised an undisclosed seed round from a group of angel investors and BlockchainVelocity, a leading investor in Web3 and DePIN (decentralized physical infrastructure networks).

The funding represents an important step in NodeFoundry’s mission to deliver scalable and cost-effective AI computing through blockchain-based infrastructure.

This investment will accelerate the development of NodeFoundry’s decentralized computing market, enabling developers to access distributed processing power on demand.

With the growing demand for AI infrastructure and the high cost of building new data centers, NodeFoundry offers a compelling solution, leveraging DePIN networks to create a more open, cost-effective and permissionless alternative.

BlockchainVelocity stressed the strategic importance of the investment, adding: “NodeFoundry represents a practical application of blockchain technology, solving a fundamental problem in AI computing. With the closed beta launch approaching, we see this as the right time to invest in an industry-leading platform.”

NodeFoundry AI is preparing to launch a closed beta, which will include select partners and early adopters to test the DePIN platform and AI agent pool.

The platform will also release its own APIs, giving any Web2 or Web3 user access to a range of DePIN services – without the need to manage wallets or blockchain or hold specific tokens.
