David Bert, Prime Minister, in Canada this week to attend the Blockchain conference and artificial intelligence.
According to the government’s spokesperson, the 2025 consensus combines policy makers, developers, investors and innovators.
In this event, Mr. Bert is accompanied by Toronto Jason Hayard, Minister of Economy and Labor.
Representatives of the Bermuda Monetary Authority will also attend the Business Development Agency in Bermuda and the island -based law firms.
The task of the delegation follows the successful Bermuda Digital Finance Forum last week.
The spokeswoman added: “The Prime Minister will speak at the conference, participate in the media, and joins the BDA meetings with digital financing companies and receive the annual consensus of Bermuda,” the spokeswoman added.
“During these events, Mr. Bert and Mr. Haward will promote Bermuda’s leadership in digital financing on the global stage, which enhances the island’s reputation as an organized and advanced jurisdiction.”
“Bermuda is still in the world as a judicial authority that provides an organizational clarity for the digital finance industry and building a smart organizational environment and suitable for purposes that allow innovation with proper supervision,” said Mr. Bert.
“When the Bermuda Digital Finance Forum momentum, the consensus provides another opportunity to enhance partnerships, share the story of Bermuda and attract international companies to the dynamic and growing digital financing sector in Bermuda.”
Mr. Bert will return to the island on Friday.
