Report: Emerging companies give priority to artificial intelligence, Blockchain, product management, and digital tools for the next generation capabilities.

Mumbai, Augi 20 (PTI), as artificial intelligence and automation are increasingly strengthening the workplace, and the demand for employee programs has increased, with the majority of startups looking for the workforce, a report on Wednesday said.

This report from the IMARTICUS Learning Company depends on data from more than 300 Indian and international companies.

The report said that more than 70 percent of startups are looking to destroy their employees in the application of artificial intelligence in their field, Blockchain, and the management of products through short -term programs based on skills.

“The scene of L&D Corporate today has exceeded just time boxes … while artificial intelligence and automation change job roles faster than ever, the increased demand for field training programs and skills is a positive sign.

“We have seen a clear shift towards customization in learning trips,” said the founder of education and CEO of IMARTICUS Nichil Barshikar.

The report also revealed that the e -commerce and retail trade sector is witnessing 18 percent growth in learning and development initiatives (L&D).

She added that 60 percent of retail companies are now focusing on training the front lines employees on digital tools, indicating a shift towards customer experience strategies that support technology.

The manufacturing sector has registered 30 percent in industry demand 4.0 and training that focuses on automation.

The report stated that companies are invested extensively in programs related to the Internet of Things, predictive analyzes, and the management of the digital supply chain, and deals with the decisive need for ready -made industrial teams in the future.

In technology and financial services, 80 percent of companies choose certificates in artificial intelligence, machine learning, cybersecurity and cloud computing to provide their teams with the capabilities of the next generation.
