AGM Group Holdings Inc. announced announced a joint project with HashBeaver to develop a new desktop node for decentralized physical infrastructure networks. The product is intended for use in homes and offices. An application-specific integrated circuit specifically designed to perform SHA-256 hashes is expected to be used for Bitcoin mining.

Planned software features include device identification, remote management, operational data verification, connectivity to mining pools, and AI-assisted scheduling. The product aims to transform a traditional desktop Bitcoin mining rig into a personal computing terminal capable of connecting to distributed digital infrastructure networks. HashBeaver will focus on ASIC chipset development, algorithm development, firmware optimization, and connectivity to mining pools, while AGM Group Holdings Inc. will contribute. With expertise in server architecture, systems design, thermal engineering, hardware integration, reliability testing, and global supply chain management.

The DePIN Desktop Node is the first desktop digital infrastructure product jointly developed by the two parties in response to this trend. The product is expected to consist of three interconnected functional layers: the Bitcoin computing layer, the DePIN communication layer, and the AI-powered management layer. HashBeaver will contribute its expertise in chip development, algorithm adaptation, firmware optimization and mining pool connectivity, focusing on balancing power consumption, operation stability and uptime.

Through the planned software system, the product aims to create an independent digital identity and hardware profile for each node, recording information such as online status, uptime, hash rate performance, power consumption and other verifiable operating data. After completion of relevant software development and technical integration, the device may connect to the HashBeaver ecosystem and supported external DePIN networks, enabling users to access various distributed infrastructure services through a single desktop device. Any connection to third party networks, digital incentive programs or contract reward mechanisms will be subject to applicable network rules, technical verification, and applicable laws and regulations.

The product aims to integrate an AI-assisted device management system that analyzes operating data, ambient temperature, network conditions and user settings to support adjustments to power consumption, thermal performance, noise levels and operating modes. AI-powered planned functions include smart power mode recommendations, optimized temperature and fan control, abnormal condition detection and error warnings, operating schedule recommendations based on local electricity prices and preferred operating hours, mining pool connectivity and network health analysis, remote multi-device management and node scheduling, and software interfaces for future DePIN and AI infrastructure services. The specialized local computing power of the first generation product is primarily intended for SHA-256 Bitcoin mining.

Its AI functions are intended to support device management, process optimization, and network scheduling. The product’s ASIC chip is not designed for training or inference of general-purpose AI models. The jointly developed product aims to introduce a new engagement model.

Instead of relying exclusively on cloud services, users will be able to own, operate and manage the physical digital infrastructure device. With simplified installation, network configuration, mining pool connectivity, and device management, the product is designed to make specialized computing devices easier to share in networks of supported distributed nodes.
