For example, 5 years ago, we didn’t even know what Defi was. Now it is one of the main components of Web3. But if we talk about the current trends in the labor market, these are the main points that I see:
- High demand for rust developers. Solana’s popularity, as well as the demand for specialists who can write effectively in rust.
- Web3 engineers with artificial intelligence understanding. AI’s customer space develops quickly, and there is a demand for artificial intelligence integration in Web3 protocols.
- Security researchers. There is expected to be a new wave of prosecution attacks, so auditors and security specialists are more popular.
- Developer relationships. This role, which helps in building a bridge between projects and developers, has become increasingly important as web3 extends beyond the narrow technical society.

Solana vs. Ethereum: Where is one technique on the other?
What does Solana do that Ethereum has not yet been able to achieve? Are there any changes that can correct this defect?
Yuri: In fact, Solana is currently a feature of productivity and low fees. All because of its structure, which allows it to reach thousands of transactions per second without the need for additional scaling layers.
Ethereum, on the other hand, builds a more central and reliable infrastructure, making it safer and more sustainable in the long run. Layer 2 solutions are actively developed and already allowed for ETHEREUM to significantly improve performance.

Yuri: I don’t think “Web3” as a term needs to be renamed – its image is still very positive and uninfected.
The need for change is related to concepts Encryption and Blockchain.
Crypto today has a very speculative and negative image due to the large number of people trying to offend the use of the system and chase the easy money. On the other hand, Blockchain is seen as an old and archaeological term, and sometimes it is automatically identified with cryptocurrencies, creating the wrong impression. This can only be corrected through appropriate education and communication.
On the pages of my social media, I always explain that these three concepts – Web3, Blockchain and Crypto – are all completely different things.

Petra: What is it and why is it important?

Moreover, the maximum amount of roaming with one auditor will increase from 32 ETH to 2048 ETH. This will simplify the administration in favor of adult makers and reduce the number of network auditors while maintaining decentralization.
- Eip-7691 Increases the maximum BLOB data number in a block to 9 (previously 6) and the target number to 6 (previously 3), which temporarily improves the ETHEREUM productivity for Rollup solutions until Peerdas is performed. EIP-7623 increases the cost of CALLDATA by encouraging inferences to use BLOB data, which is a more effective way to store it.
Do the developers still create market trends?
