CH Robinson, a global pioneer in logistics, notes that the power of artificial intelligence to transform its operations, according to a recently released report on Langchain. By integrating Langchain’s Langgraph technologies, Langgraph Studio, and Langsmith Technologies, the company automates e -mail transactions in the shipping life cycle, which led to great time savings and improving efficiency.
Treating operational challenges
Although there are advanced digital tools for immediate service, Cho Robinson faced challenges with manual data entry due to the high size of emails – about 15,000 shipping orders. Email messages often include these unexploited formats and lost data, which leads to delay and inefficiency. The traditional process requires employees to spend up to four hours in e -mail waiting lists and about seven minutes to process each email in a request.
To address these problems, Cho Robinson has developed an Amnesty International Special Technology capable of reading emails, connecting the different pieces of information, and automatically generating requests. This innovation allows the company to automate about 5,500 requests per day, providing more than 600 hours a day.
