DNO – The Vice -Chairman of the DA Nang Popular Committee Ho Ky Minh chaired a working session on Friday between the municipal government and an authorization of experts and business representatives who attend the Vette Nam Blockchain Technology Week and AI – Super Viet Nam 2025.

In his remarks in the working session, the Vice Chairman of Ho Ky Minh briefed his guests on the city’s policies about strengthening a friendly environment to start operating and its organizational framework in the sand box. He also defined incentives to attract and develop investment in the fields of semiconductor technology and Amnesty International, in accordance with the National Assembly Resolution No. 136/2024/QH15 of June 26, 2024 on the organization of urban management and the experiment of special mechanisms and policies to develop the city.
He said that the main incentives included corporate income tax exemptions; Free use of up to 100 square meters of space within Da Nang Software Park 2 to develop products and training in semiconductor technologies and artificial intelligence technologies; Non -refundable government financing for innovative start -up projects in the city; Observation is subject to the experimental programs for new technology solutions; Financial support for the rental and use of scientific and technological infrastructure.
The general incentives of the semiconductor company and artificial intelligence institutions were an exemption for five years from the corporate income tax from the history of taxable income, and a five -year exemption from the personal income tax for salaries and wages experts, scientists, high skills, and employees participating in IC design, manufacturing, packing, testing, and AI’s development.

The Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors assigned the minister of the Board of Directors of the Park of the Super Technology and Industrial Zones, as well as the Da Nang starting support center under the Ministry of Science and Technology, while providing guidance and assistance to institutions in its fields.
During the working session, local and international companies raised questions related to issues such as opening technical offices, employing Blockchain engineers, supporting startups, organizing technological communication events, exploring the local investment environment and market capabilities, in addition to enhancing workforce training and business cooperation.
Also on the morning of June 6, the delegation of experts and business representatives participating in Super Viet NAM visited Da Nang Park for Programs 2, with the aim of exploring practical cooperation opportunities in the near future.
