Plenome Technologies, a start-up company from Blockchain-Ei prepared in Iit Madras, got 6.5 rupees in financing seeds from both Indian and international investors. The company, which builds digital platforms to transfer sensitive data in sectors such as health care and vote, aims to take advantage of this financing to expand in the global markets.
Founded by Professor Iit Madras and Shaanti Swarup Bhatnagar Prabhu Rajagopal, Pleenome specialized in developing safe and developed data solutions. The company’s “Blocktrack Oraganease” offers, a digital platform that is experimented in partnership with the membership of the state levels in the south of India to manage the organ donation databases. Another innovation is “Blockvote”, a Blockchain remote vote, which was already used during the IIT Madras students elections. The company also explores its use in large organizations through the payment form for each use.
In the field of health care, Pleenome tests the capacity and analysis of data that works in Amnesty International, “Ashwin”, in the dental specialization sector. The startup plans to expand its request to eye care, fertility and aesthetic medicine. Ashwin allows to capture audio input data
Plenome was launched by the Professor Rajagpal Research Group at the Unparalleled Evaluation Center, Iit Madras. Among the participating founders are Vigiaraja Rathinasami, a master’s student in IIT MADRAS, integrated systems specialist, and Anirudh Varna, a graduate developer and Blockchain. Their common goal is to provide a safe, comprehensive and developed digital infrastructure in the critical sectors.
The financing round was led by OVington Capital Partners, an investment company based in Luxembourg. Among the other UAE -based ADI participants, specialized in factory and machinery trading, and investor Manish Gandhi, known for supporting projects in the early stage such as Eplane, Cynlr and Legalkart.
Thanks to the investors, Professor Rajagpal indicated that support will help the company to expand its solutions to remote areas and improve access to health care while ensuring inter -employment and privacy. It also highlighted the potential for mobile -based voting technology. Rathinasamy said that the team is committed to ensuring their technologies reach marginalized societies with influence in the real world. Varna added that decentralized systems such as diagnosis and voting would enable users directly and that they were keen to expand their platforms at the international level.
According to Iit Madras English Cell, CEO of Tamaswati Ghosh, Pleenome has a remarkable progress in the fields of highly competitive health technology and electronic governance. She said that young women have already witnessed positive attention and are subject to trial equipment with prominent national and international institutions.
