The transmission of clean energy requires an investment of $ 21 trillion in network upgrades, but progress is dramatically backward in the schedule in both the expansion of energy capacity and the integration of renewable resources such as solar panels. DePin addresses these challenges by stimulating effective effective publication of distributed energy resources (DERS) and solving network integration problems through DER coordination networks. This report explores the structure of the network, details of how DePin addresses the main energy challenges, highlights promising protocols, evaluates the market opportunity, sets a timetable for adoption, and examines the main obstacles that these protocols must overcome.
