Hyra Holdings, a Vietnam-based blockchain and AI company, has entered into a strategic partnership with technology services provider AHT Tech, aiming to scale its AI ecosystem while aligning operations with international security and compliance standards.
Under the agreement, AHT Tech’s AI models will be integrated into Hyra Mega, Hyra’s global AI exchange platform.
The two companies will also jointly develop the Hyra Compliance Security project, which targets globally recognized standards including SOC 2, PCI and ISO certifications.

Nguyen Manh Ha, CEO of AHT Tech, said the partnership would accelerate the commercialization of the company’s AI products. Tran Nam Chung, Chairman and CEO of Hyra, said the group is pursuing a co-creation strategy with partners, including deeper forms of cooperation such as mutual contribution.
Founded in 2021, Hyra operates across AI and blockchain technologies. The company said it has more than 1 million users globally as of the end of 2024. Its Hyra AI platform reports more than 2 million connected devices across 205 countries and regions, with an estimated computing capacity of about 360,000 teraflops.
Businessman Pham Thanh Hung, widely known as “Shark Hung” from Vietnam’s Shark Tank TV show, is an independent member of Hyra’s board of directors.
Hyra has expanded its partner network in recent months. In October, it signed a strategic cooperation agreement with AI developer Haimaker to build an open and decentralized AI ecosystem, and entered into a separate partnership with Thai An Holdings to apply AI and digital technologies to the field of art and collectibles.
The company said it is investing about $30 million in developing its Hyra Zone data center and has expanded its operations in markets including Singapore, Dubai and the United States. As part of its medium-term strategy for 2026-2030, Hyra plans to launch nine core technology products and enter more than 30 global markets.
Looking to the future, Hyra Network is targeting an IPO between 2030 and 2035, with an ambition to reach a multi-billion dollar valuation.
