Pham Thanh Hung, widely known as “Shark Hung”, officially joined the Hyra Holdings – pioneer in artificial intelligence infrastructure, Blockchain, and innovative investment technologies in Vietnam, as an independent member.
It was announced in 2025 AGM in Hanoi in May of Hyra Holdings, the parent company of Hyra Tek Jsc.
As an experienced businessman and familiar face in the start -up scene in Vietnam, Hung is ready to push the strategic expansion of Hyra Holdings to the AI and Blockchain sectors.
He is currently Vice Chairman of Cen Group and CEO of multiple companies including Ceninvest, Cenhomes, Cenland, Cenvalue and Ngi Sao Moi (New Star)
According to the company, the role of Hung will exceed the provision of strategic supervision, but also useful in classifying global investment funds and implanting modern governance standards through Hyra technology ecosystem.

Also in AGM, Hyra Holdings agreed to a plan to create an investment capital fund called Hyra Combinator, worth $ 500 million by 2030. The fund will focus on penetration sectors such as AI, Fintech, Blockchain and Quantum Tech and will work under mixed capital model.
Hyra Holdings was founded in 2021, based in Vietnam. It operates throughout Southeast Asia, the Middle East and the United States.
The company stated that by the end of 2024, its ecological system reached one million global users. It is worth noting that Hyra Ai exceeded two million devices connected to 205 countries, with a total math power of 360,000 TFLOPs.
The company also announced the pioneer in the Hyra Zone region – the AI data center of $ 30 million – and the opening of new offices in Singapore, Dubai and the United States
Additional data shows that Hyra Holdings was previously known as CMC Holdings JSC, with Tran Nam Chung as CEO.
In 2022, the company raised the public’s attention when it announced its successful collection of $ 1.5 million in the funding tour of the co -founder. According to the company, these funds are allocated to develop a digital environmental system aimed at serving billions of users around the world.
The company also clarified plans to launch various projects including real estate exchange, reverse auction system, and a banking system, with the extension of passes for 2022 and 2023.

Hyra Tek also stated that this achievement enabled the company to expand quickly to 200 countries, link more than two million devices and generate stable monthly revenues of $ 100,000.
